NJIR offers full-time, fee-for-service, practicum and internship opportunities to qualified individuals. New Journeys In Recovery is an equal opportunity employer. We ask applicants to submit a resume and complete an application form. Your Resume will be reviewed by administration and supervisors. Those who appear to have the necessary education, and experience for an open position will be asked to come in for an interview. NJIR keeps Resumes on file for a year and reviews them when an appropriate position becomes available.

NJIR employs counselor/therapists, clinical supervisors/coordinators, peer specialists, billing and clerical staff. Persons selected for full time positions are offered benefits. Most counselor/therapist positions require a Bachelor or Master's degree in a human service field from an accredited college or university or a CAC.
